Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Adult Education to enter into a sole source contract with LiteracyPro Systems, Inc., Boulder, CO, to provide a web-based, commercial-off-the-shelf, vendor-hosted student data management system that meets the federal reporting requirements under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, for a not-to-exceed amount of $584,923. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2028, with the option to renew for four additional years. 100% General Funds
