Authorize the Bureau of Adult Education to enter into a sole source contract with PSI Services LLC, Glendale, CA, for an amount not-to-exceed $50,000, to provide high school equivalency testing services to New Hampshire residents and technical support. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029, with the option to extend up to four years. 100% General Funds
