Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with DLR Group Inc., Omaha, NE, for a total price not to exceed $9,167,169 for Project New Men’s Prison. (2) further authorize a contingency in the amount of $777,831 for unanticipated site expenses, bringing the total to $9,945,000. (3) Further authorize a payment of $50,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $9,995,000. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of the construction documents phase, estimated to be August 29, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% General Funds
