Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Office of Public Guardian, Concord, NH, in the amount of $200,000 for the provision of guardian or conservator services pursuant to RSA 151-E:28 to assist incapacitated adults to transition from hospital settings to less restrictive settings. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% General Funds appropriated in House Bill 2 (2025), Chapter 141:433
