Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Human Services Research Institute, Cambridge, MA (originally approved by G&C on 12/20/23, Item #27), to continue conducting a behavioral health system crosswalk and gaps analysis in order to identify opportunities for New Hampshire to enhance services, reduce duplication and identify potential programmatic, funding, and policy opportunities that lead to improved integration within the behavioral health system and other healthcare and social systems to promote whole person health, by exercising a contract renewal option with no change to the price limitation of $276,467 and extending the completion date from November 30, 2024 to April 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval.
