Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing project agreement with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #96), for the continued enhancement, maintenance, and operations of the budget tracking system, by increasing the price limitation by $492,210 from $1,935,192 to $2,427,402, and extending the completion date of the project agreement from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 21.9% Federal Funds, 78.1% General Funds
