Authorize to enter into a contract with Public Consulting Group, LLC, Boston, MA, in the amount of $593,400, to develop and deploy a cost allocation system, a time and effort system, and a Random Moment Sampling system, to properly allocate costs in accordance with Uniform Guidance the federally approved Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plan. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 50% Federal Funds, 50% General Funds Division for Children, Youth & Families
