Authorize to amend an existing contract with Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #9A), to continuing providing dental services to eligible and enrolled Medicaid members age 21 and older through New Hampshire’s Medicaid Care Management Program, by increasing the price limitation by $15,960,801 from $33,484,749 to $49,445,550 with no change to the contract completion date of March 31, 2026.
