Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Brewster Ambulance Service, Inc., Weymouth, MA, in the amount of $15,000, for ambulance and wheelchair transportation services for patients to and from Hampstead Hospital and Residential Treatment Facility. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. 33.33% General Funds, 66.67% Other Funds (Agency Income Funds)
