Authorize to amend an existing Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Corrections, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #9), to support parental education programs for residents incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison, by increasing the price limitation by $172,000 from $400,000 to $572,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 16% Federal Funds, 84% General Funds
