Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Concord, NH, and the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, in the amount of $1,900,000, to assist individuals with Substance Use Disorder, who are either re-entering the community after being incarcerated in the state correctional system or participating in the New Hampshire Family Treatment Court Program or the New Hampshire Drug Court program with obtaining temporary housing. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
