Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH, in the amount of $18,000,000 for the development and implementation of a supportive housing capital program to expend the supply of supportive housing for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder and other co-occurring disorders. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through July 31, 2030, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. (2) Further authorize an advance payment in the amount of $6,000,000, to be made at the state of State Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027, for a total of $18,000,000, to New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, as detailed in the letter dated June 4, 2024.
