Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $1,382,634, for the provision of substance misuse prevention direct services to youth, their parents and caregivers. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 11.57% Federal Funds, 88.43% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission Funds)
