Authorize to enter into contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $8,797,844, for Aging and Disability Resource Center services in 10 geographic areas of the state to individuals, with a specialized focus on those individuals age sixty and older, and adults age eighteen and older with physical, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health concerns. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 49.47% Federal Funds, 50.53% General Funds
