Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $2,900,700 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for operations of the New Hampshire E-ZPass Customer Service Center and Back Office System. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Turnpike Funds
