Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract with the Milford-Bennington Railroad Company, Inc., Milford, NH, for the use of the state-owned Hillsboro Railroad Line from Wilton, NH to Bennington, NH for freight railroad service. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2033, with a provision for renewal for an additional 10-year period.
