Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Agriculture, Markets & Food, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Trace First Inc., Fort Collings, CO (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #67), increasing the price limitation by $1,559,353.81 from $1,289,977.74 to $2,849,331.55, to implement a new electronic system, CoreOne LCP, to manage entities (business and persons) who are licensed by DAMF in relation to Pesticides, Regulatory, Plant Industry, and Weights and Measures programs. Effective upon G&C approval with no change to the original contract end date of September 20, 2027. Department of Agriculture, Markets & Food Direct Funds: 34.9% Other (Product Scale Testing and Pesticide Registration Fees), 65.1% General Funds
