Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic Stability to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract, which was originally competitively bid, with Deloittle Consulting, LLP, New York, NY (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #34), by increasing the price limitation by $3,162,611 from $45,831,311.40 to $48,993,922.40, to provide required enhancement services for New HEIGHTS, the Department of Health and Human Services integrated eligibility system, with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 90.35% Federal Funds, 9.65% General Funds
