Authorize to transfer funds in the amount of $142,815, to cover anticipated shortfall for indirect costs for the remainder of FY24. (2) Further authorize the funds to be allocated as detailed in the letter dated May 10, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Other Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 20, 2024.
