Description
Authorize to award $1,500,000 from the Paper and Pulp Manufacturing Industry Stabilization Grant Program Fund to Gorham Acquisition, LLC d/b/a White Mountain Paper Company and Monadnock Paper Mills, Inc., as detailed in the letter dated June 12, 2024, for use in accordance with the terms of the contract. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. (2) Further authorize to make an advance payment to Gorham Acquisition, LLC, in the amount of $1,025,992 in accordance with the terms of the contract. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
