Description
Authorize to establish a temporary full-time REAL ESTATE AGTS-2 (Land Agent) position for the purpose of coordinating land conservation projects. 75% Federal Funds, 25% Agency Income. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 20, 2024. (2) Further authorize to accept and expend a grant award from the US Fish & Wildlife Service in the amount of $61,213 for the purpose of hiring a Land Agent. 100% Federal Funds. (3) Further authorize to accept and expend a grant award from The Nature Conservancy in the amount of $20,425 for the purpose of providing the 25% non-federal match required to hire a Land Agent. 100% Agency Income. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025.
