Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Sovereign Sportsman Solutions, LLC d/b/a PayIt, LLC, Nashville, TN (originally approved by G&C on 5/15/19, Item #55), by increasing the price limitation by $50,000 from $184,305 to $234,305 and by extending the contract completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2029, per the option stated in the original contract, for upgrades to an Online OHRV Registration Sales system and the online internet sales system.
