Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a sole source retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Amoskeag Maintenance Services, LLC, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/10/24, Item #52), by increasing the price limitation by $53,686.29 from $168,273.88 to $221,960.17 with no change to the contract completion date to perform exterior renovations to the Flume Visitors Center pedestrian bridge and south deck at Franconia Notch State Park. Effective upon G&C approval through June 20, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
