Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with the Town of Exeter, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #110), to decrease the loan amount by $1,540,000 from $3,700,000 to $2,160,000 for the Westside Drive of Area Utility Improvements-Construction Project, under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (DWSRF) loan agreement with the Town of Exeter, NH in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 to finance the Westside Drive Area Utility Improvements-Construction Project, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% DWSRF Repayment Funds
