Description
Authorize to enter into sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in the letter dated May 15, 2024, to continue to provide Department of Veterans Affairs required specialized rehabilitative services and radiology and other diagnostic services, when the State Veterans Home does not provide the services in house, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, shared among all vendors with no maximum or minimum service volume guarantee. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029, with the option to renew for four additional years. 39% Federal Funds, 32% Other Funds, 29% General Funds
