Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to exercise the renewal option of a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the Community College System of New Hampshire (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #60), by increasing the price limitation by $2,309,426.70 from $2,184,803.44 to $4,494,230.14 and extending the project end date from September 30, 2024 to September 30, 2026 to continue to improve Career and Technical Education programs. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
