Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten, LLP, Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 2/8/23, Item #117), by extending the end date from September 30, 2024 to December 31, 2025 and by increasing the price limitation by $50,000 from $75,000 to $125,000 to provide Title IX training and guidance. Effective upon G&C approval.
