Authorize to amend a current sole source contract with New Hampshire Learning Initiative, North Hampton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #69), by increasing the price limitation by $598,996 from $2,257,987 to $2,856,983 and extending the end date from June 30, 2024 to January 11, 2026, to assist in the administration of the Out-of-School Time Career Pathway Grant awarded the NHED 21st Century Community Learning Centers program. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
