Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with Occupational Health Centers of the Southwest, P.A. d/b/a Concentra Medical Centers, Addison, TX, in the amount of $40,500, for the provision of pre-employment physical exam and drug screens of law enforcement candidates. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for one two-year period at the sole discretion of the state. 18.13% General Funds, 21.87% Highway Funds, 13.33% Turnpike Funds, 6.67% Transfer from Other Agencies, 40% Revolving Funds
