Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to retroactively enter into a contract with OnSolve, Ormond Beach, FL (originally approved by G&C on 12/19/18, Item #65A), in the amount of $70,525, for the purpose of providing a hosted web-based New Hampshire Emergency Notification System, a statewide mass emergency notification system that is capable of geographically alerting the public via voice, short message service, and e-mail alerts based on a pre-registered location, Effective retroactive to January 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Agency Income
