Authorize to budget and expend current revenue funds received as cost reimbursement in a litigation matter, in the amount of $596,025, for the purpose of covering a portion of future projected shortfalls in general litigation expenses expected to be incurred in Fiscal Year 2025 in the defense of the State and the prosecution of criminal laws.
