Authorize the Division of Plant and Property requests that a warrant be drawn from money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated in the amount of $157,120 to cover unanticipated utility appropriation budgetary shortfall in electricity, natural gas, water, and sewer in FY24, as detailed in the letter dated May 28, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 41% General Funds, 59% Highway Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 20, 2024.
