Authorize the Bureau of Courts to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with HOWARD P. FAIRFIELD, LLC, Hopkinton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/22/23, Item #107), for spreader parts, compu-spread, with a price limitation increase of $681,260.71 from $378,574.17 to an amount up to and not to exceed $1,059,834.88. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2025.
