Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Prime Roofing Corp., New Ipswich, NH, for roofing repair services by increasing the price limitation by $403,689.96 from $70,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $473,689.96. Effective upon G&C approval with no change to the completion date of October 31, 2025.
