Authorize to enter into a contract with Mojo Corp d/b/a GFS Building Maintenance, Auburn, NH, in the amount up to and not to exceed $2,060,058, for janitorial cleaning services. Effective July 1, 2024, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional two-year period.
