Authorize to enter into a contract with General Datatech, LP, Dallas, TX, in the amount up to and not to exceed $1,843,010, for Managed Services for Endpoint Detection and Response and Identity Threat Detection and Response. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to an additional two-years.
