Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with J.A. McDonald, Inc., Middlesex, VT, for a total price not to exceed $2,782,300, for the EMS & Fire Facility Improvements in Bethlehem, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $30,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds
