Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Triumph Roofing Inc, Baldwinville, MA, for a total price not to exceed $543,500, for Roof Replacement of the Main Building – North Pavilion Wing Project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2024, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 64% Capital-General Funds, 36% Federal Funds-ARPA. (2) Further authorize a payment of $18,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. 100% Capital-General Funds
