Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.L. King & Associates, Inc., Merrimack, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,609,000 for HVAC Renovations for the Records and Archives Building Project. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $100,000 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $60,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through July 1, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds-ARPA
