Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Triumph Roofing Inc., Baldwinville, MA, for a total price not to exceed $557,000, for Roof Replacements at the Manchester Circuit Court Project. (2) Further authorize a payment of $25,936 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through November 11, 2024, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds-ARPA
