Authorize to amend an existing contract with Ascentria Community Services, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #8), to provide language and communication access services to the Department, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $900,000 from $2,985,289 to $3,885,289 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
