Authorize to amend an existing contract with Bi-State Primary Care Association, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #30), to continue to recruit primary care, oral health, and behavioral health providers to New Hampshire to provide services in medically underserved areas of the state, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $554,000 from $1,304,000 to $1,858,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 27% Federal Funds, 73% General Funds
