Authorize to amend an existing contract with Foundations Counseling, LLC, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, Item #14), to continue providing master licensed alcohol and drug counseling services, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $5,687,304 from $6,175,932 to $11,863,236 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
