Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/21/20, Item #10), to continue assisting the Division for Children, Youth & Families with the medical evaluation and diagnosis of child abuse or neglect, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,499,410 from $2,998,820 to $4,498,230 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 8% Federal Funds, 92% General Funds
