Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/27/22, Item #9), for the continued implementation and operation of a facilitating organization to oversee New Hampshire’s Student Assistance Programs, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $4,256,020 from $9,200,000 to $13,456,020 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor Commission Funds)
