Description
Authorize to enter into sole source contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 22, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $3,772,919, to provide public guardianship services for individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities or adults requiring protective services. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to one additional year. 5% Federal Funds, 95% General Funds
