Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into a sole source contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH, in the amount of $1,100,000 to provide administrative support to the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, Service to Science Program, and Substance Misuse Prevention Public Awareness and Education. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Other Funds (Governor Commission Funds)
