Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Concord, NH, in the amount of $720,000, for the provision of evidence-based and evidence-informed programs and practices that mitigate and prevent the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences.
