Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., Concord, NH, in the amount of $765,152 to establish a 12-bed community residence that provides supported housing for individuals experiencing serious mental illness or serious and persistent mental illness with high treatment needs for psychiatric stability and with ambulatory issues. Effective retroactive to March 13, 2024, upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
