Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to convey to Jaffrey War Memorial Committee, Inc., a parcel of land located on the Easterly side of US Route 202, also known as River Street, in the Town of Jaffrey, NH, totaling 1,265 +/- square feet in size, as detailed in the letter dated April 25, 2024. This land swap will be effective upon G&C approval and will mitigate the damages to the landowner.
